I am honored to welcome you among SherWeb’s valued clientele. We have gathered the people, the technology, and the vision, and meshed them properly to offer you the best in the industry. I hope you share our enthusiasm for the expanded opportunities this transition opens for you, as you will now have access to a whole new set of hosted services such as Microsoft Hosted Exchange 2010 and Hosted SharePoint Foundation 2010. You will also benefit from increased network capabilities, greater redundancy, and specialized support.

Transition Process
Our product executives, development team, and support technicians have been working closely together to set up secure and stable processes to make the upcoming platform transition a successful one. A dedicated transition team will be in place to take care of all the details - our ultimate goal is to make this transition as trouble-free for you as possible.
We plan to gradually begin the transition in late April and expect all DNAmail accounts to be on the new platform by the beginning of the summer. We will continue to provide support for the DNAmail platform until all accounts have been moved to the new platform.
In the weeks ahead, our transition team will be in contact with you to schedule the transfer of your account. We will also continue to update this page with the latest information, so please be sure to return regularly.

How the transition will work

The transition to the SherWeb platform will take place in two phases. Throughout the process, a dedicated transition team will be in place to support you. We will also keep you informed on anything that may be different in the management of your account by providing you with comprehensive guides.
If you can’t find the answer to your questions in our Transition FAQs or if you have any concerns about this transition, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Support and Accounting Transition
On April 11, SherWeb will take over the technical support for the DNAmail platform as well as the accounting functions for your account. For the time being, your hosted services will remain on the DNAmail platform, but will be supported and invoiced by SherWeb.
Support. SherWeb’s support team intends to continue providing the great service you’ve come to expect. If you need support for you current DNAmail account or have any questions, comments or concerns regarding the upcoming platform migration, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Accounting. You will be provided with login information to access SherWeb’s Account Manager from where you will be able to manage your accounting information (account statements, invoices, billing information, etc.). Your current plan pricing will remain unchanged until your account is migrated to SherWeb’s Exchange 2010 platform. Subsequently, SherWeb’s plan pricing will apply. Rest assured that you will be presented with a solution of similar cost with increased value.
Technical Transition
We will begin migrating DNAmail accounts to the SherWeb platform in late April. Our transition team will provide individual attention to each account so that the transfer of your data to the new platform is carried out with the least disruption to you. We will let you know ahead of time when the migration of your account is planned and you will have the opportunity to reschedule if you prefer. In the meantime, you will continue to manage your services through the DNAmail Control Panel.
