I'm a fairly intense online user and reasonably tech savvy. I've been CEO for a number of software companies and have had my fair share of dealing with IT vendors - usually not a good experience.
However, my experience with DNAMail deserves only praise. Your support department and service has been simply OUTSTANDING! (And believe me I've called you at some unusual hours!). I love that I don't have to go through 20 questions and 3 passwords to talk to someone and get help! Also, I've experienced 100% uptime to-date (about a year now?).
