Setup an iPhone/iPod Touch with your Hosted Exchange Account
*You must have Version 2.0 of the iPhone/iPod Touch software and have Microsoft ActiveSync enabled on the particular Exchange Mailbox you'll be using.
To Enable ActiveSync on your account (for an additional fee) you can configure it in your Control Panel.
1. Open up your web browswer and go to https://cp.dnamail.com
2. Login with your admin account admin@domain.com
3. Click on User Management and enter the Name or email address of the user you are checking and click Go. You can also view all users by clicking on All Users.
4. Once the user is displayed click on the name to expand the menu and choose Services
5. Expand Hosted Exchange 2007 and make sure one of the plans with the word 'Mobile' is selected. If it is not then please check the Mobile plan for the mailbox size and click Provision.
6. Wait for the status to turn green before proceeding to the next step.
7. Log out of your current session and close your web browser.
8. Open up your web browswer and go to https://cp.dnamail.com
To configure Exchange access on your iPhone/iPod Touch:
1. Open Settings -> Mail, Contacts, Calendars
2. Add Account -> Microsoft Exchange
3. Enter your email address for Email (Ex. user@domain.com)
4. Enter your email address as username (Ex. user@domain.com)
5. Enter your password
6. Click Next. If you get a certificate error click Accept
7. Enter "mob.exchangecarrier.net" as Server. Click Next -> Save.
