Removing Users for your Orginization
1. Log on to https://cp.dnamail.com as admin@yourdomain.com
2. Select Users from the User Management Menu.
3. Expand the User you wish to remove by clicking the Drop Down Arrows and select De-Provision.
4. Once the Account has been De-Provisioned, you can Expand the user and select Delete.
If you wish to restore the deleted account(s), please contact our Technical Support Department before the 60th day following account deletion.
Please note that there is a fee to restore deleted accounts, you can view current service charges here. Beyond the 60 day period all content, email, and any other data associated to the deleted account will be permanently removed from our servers.
