Setup Outlook 2003/2007/2010 on your Computer
Requirements:
Windows XP Service Pack 2 or Higher - Located on the Microsoft

Microsoft Outlook 2007 - No Charge for Plus Mailbox Customers - Instructions Here
Mailbox User - If you are your company's Admin and need to create a new user: Click Here
Option 1: Automatic Instructions
1. Open up your web browser and go to https://www.dnamail.com/Login
2. Login with your email address and password.
3. If you are an Administrator click on Manage Users first. Click on Exchange from the top menu -> Outlook Configuration and scroll
to the bottom of the page and click Download under Outlook Profile Setup.
If you are running Windows XP then choose Run and skip to Step 5
4. Choose to Save and take note of the location of the file. (Typically saved to Downloads folder)
Locate the setup.exe file you downloaded from the previous step. Right click on the file and choose Run as administrator.
5. Click Next on the first Welcome screen. Check the box labeled Configure Autodiscover. Make sure the other 2 boxes are
checked and click Next.
6. Enter your email password in both boxes. Click Next -> Next –> Install -> Finish.
7. Outlook will automatically launch with your new profile and you can begin using your mailbox. When you first run Microsoft Outlook you will be prompted for a password. Do not enter a password, Outlook will automatically login within 5 seconds.
Option 2a: Configure Outlook 2007/2010 manually on Windows Vista/7
READ THIS if you plan to configure Outlook using the steps below.
1. Open up Start -> Control
Panel -> User Accounts and double-click on Mail
2. Click on Show Profiles -> Add -> Enter MAIL as the Profile Name -> Click OK
3. Leave the first box E-Mail account selected and enter your Name, Email Address and Password and click Next. Outlook will perform an online search for your
settings. If the search succeeds select Finish -> OK and you are now ready to begin using Microsoft Outlook 2007/2010. If the search fails continue
to the next step.
4. IF THE AUTOMATIC SEARCH ABOVE FAILED Check the box in the screenshot above labeled Manually configure server settings the click Next. In the screenshot below check the box labeled Microsoft Exchange or compatible service and click Next.
5. Enter exvs02.exchangecarrier.net as the Microsoft Exchange Server. Enter username@domain.com for the User Name. Do NOT click next, click on More Settings. Your computer may pause for 60 seconds and you may get an error saying The action could not be completed, this is normal, click OK and cancel to continue
6. Click on the tab labeled Connection and check the box that says Connect to my Exchange mailbox using HTTP. Next click on Exchange Proxy Settings.
7. Enter rpc.exchangecarrier.net as the URL to connect to. Under Proxy authentication settings, change the drop down select to Basic Authentication. Click OK -> OK -> Next -> Finish.
8. Check the box Always use this profile and set MAIL from the drop down list. Click OK.
You are now ready to begin using Microsoft Outlook 2007/2010.
Option 2b: Configure Outlook 2003/2007 manually on Windows XP
READ THIS if you plan to configure Outlook using the steps below.
1. Open up Start --> Control
Panel and double-click on Mail
2. Click on Show Profiles
3. Click on Add and Enter MAIL as
the Profile Name. Click OK
4. Outlook 2007 users should select
Manually configure server settings or additonal
server types. Outlook 2003 users should click
on Add a new e-mail account. Select Next.
5. Select Microsoft Exchange Server and
click next.
6. Exchange 2007 customers should
enter exvs02.exchangecarrier.net as the
Microsoft Exchange Server.
Enter username@domain.com for the User Name. Do NOT click
next, click on More Settings. Your computer may pause for 60
seconds and you may get an error saying 'The action could not completed' This
is normal, click ok and cancel to continue.
7. Click on the tab labeled Connection and
check the box that says Connect to my Exchange
mailbox using HTTP. Next click on Exchange
Proxy Settings
8. Exchange 2007 customers enter rpc.exchangecarrier.net
as the URL to connect to my proxy server for
Exchange.
Under Proxyauthentication settings, change the drop down select
to Basic Authentication. Click OK --> OK --> Next --> Finish.
9. Check the box Always use this profile and set MAIL from
the drop down list. Click OK.
You are now ready to begin using Microsoft Outlook 2007.
