DNAmail Hosted CRM User Setup

1. Log into the DNAmail Control Panel interface at https://cp.dnamail.com using your admin account.

2. Select Users under the User Management Menu option.

3. Once you have selected the user who you want to provision CRM to, expand the User Functions option and select the Services tab.

4. Under the Services tab, expand the CRM management service and select a Security Role for that user. Once you have selected a Security Role, you can Provision the service.

5. Once the user has been successfully provisioned for CRM, they will receive a Welcome letter with the Web Based URL and Login information.

6. You are now ready to begin using your Hosted CRM service!
