Setting up and configuring your Hosted CRM Add-In for Outlook 2007
1. Download and launch the Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook Installer. Then run the application.
2. Select Install Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook (Recommended) option and click Next.
3. Click Install to download and install the required Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime components, select Yes at the prompt
4. Once you have installed the required components, choose your installation location and click Next to install the Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook components.
5. Review the results of the verification tasks and click Next to install the Program features.
6. Once Setup has completed, you can configure your Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Add-In for Outlook.
7. To configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Add-In for Outlook, go to Start -> All Programs -> Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 and launch the Configuration Wizard.
8. Choose An online service provider to connect to and clock Next.
9. Enter the Web Address that is included in your Welcome Letter to connect to the CRM Server and click Next.
10. Enter your Login Credentials that are included in your Welcome Letter to connect to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server and select OK.
11. Review the results of the installation tasks and click Next.
12. Once the configuration is complete, select Finish.
13. You are now ready to start using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 for Outlook.
