Correcting Blackberry Filter Issues

If you are experiencing Errors or the device hangs on activation when attempting to activate your BlackBerry device, please perform the following steps:

1. Log into Outlook Web Access (OWA): http://owa.dnamail.com



2. Go to the Junk E-Mail Folder and look for a RIM activation E-mail message



If you see any messages from RIM similar to the above example in your Junk E-Mail folder, please delete the message(s). Next, select the Deleted Items folder and permanently delete the RIM message(s) from your mailbox.

3. Go to Options -> Junk E-Mail -> Select Do not filter junk e-mail -> Save



4. After saving your Junk E-Mail settings re-attempt to activate your Blackberry device. If you still encounter trouble please contact technical support.

5. After the activation has completed you can re-enable anti-spam by going back to Options -> Junk EMail -> Select Automatically filter junk e-mail -> Save
